ABOUT OUR REFUND POLICY

We only allow refunds for genuine or serious issues. If there’s a problem with the product, we’ll replace it instead of giving a refund. To learn more about our replacement policy, please click the link provided.

ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY

To return a product, the customer has to pay for shipping, packaging, labeling, and a 5% fee. Only the remainder of the amount will be refunded. The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return it. We will not accept returns for damages caused by the customer. The customer needs to provide us with an unedited and uninterrupted video to prove the issue was not caused by them. It is up to our support team to decide whether to initiate the return or refund, and if we reject it, the customer cannot reapply. However, if the customer believes that SIO Support Team should have accepted their request, they can contact our support team.

Refund/Return conditions

  • Product must not be used, it should be in same condition that you have received
  • Package should be in original condition
  • Must Provide Video Proof (PVP) without editing or pause

RETURN and REFUND DETAILS

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Product must be returned to an address provided by the support team.

For reapplied request or contacted our support team, customer can be claim only partial refunds or refund initiated by our support team.

Once customer have returned their product or received by SIO Team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If customer’s returned product have approved, then your refund will be processed, and have a certain processing time and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3- 5 working days.

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 – 7 working days,

  1. first check your bank account statement.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
