Replacement Policy

  • If you need a replacement, make sure that video proof is required, and it should be real and unedited, without any unnecessary stops or cuts.
  • You can only get a replacement for items that were damaged during delivery.
  • AN UNBOXING VIDEO WITHOUT PAUSE AND EDITING IS REQUIRED.
  • Your information is safe because it’s encrypted. If you need a replacement, an automated system will handle the approval process.
  • If your request didn’t make you happy or got refused, you can reach out to our support team whenever you want.
  • Replacement timing is mentioned in each product’s description. If it is not mentioned, the default is within 48 hours after delivery.
  • You can’t get a replacement after the deadline.
  • There are three replacement policies: one that allows replacement within one day or 24 hours, another within two days or 48 hours, and a third within five days or 120 hours.

Warranty Policy

  • There are 4 type of warranty’s.
    1. If warranty is issued by the manufacturer or brand from their end, to claim recovery for this type of warranty, you have to contact their support team directly.
    2. If warranty is issued by SIO Warranty Protection. To claim this type of warranty, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team or raise a support ticket to make a warranty claim.
    3. If warranty has been purchased from a third-party provider, to claim recovery for this type of warranty, you have to contact their support team directly.
